D. Vasanta translated A Silly Story of Bondapalli and Ju's Story into Telugu.

A. Mangai is the pseudonym of Dr V. Padma, who teaches English in Stella Maris College, Chennai.  She has been actively engaged in Tamil theatre as an actor, director and playwright for over two decades.  She is the founder-member of several local theatre groups. Gender and translation studies are her other areas of interest. Mangai hopes that her academic, activist and artistic selves can find a vibrant intersection. She translated School is Cool into Tamil.

Anita Sanyal has been associated with education and teaching for over 20 years. She has translated several of Tulika's books into Hindi.

Ashwini Bhatt trained in bharatanatyam and is equally passionate about literature, cinema and music. She writes in Kannada and has also translated several books for Tulika, but The Neverending Story is her first “own” book, affectionately written for her niece. Ashwini now lives in Pondicherry, where she studies pottery at Golden Bridge. She loves to travel, cook for friends and lives to eat.

 

B. Eswarrao translated The Magic Feather and Magnolias into Telugu.

Bageshree S has translated around 30 of Tulika's books into Kannada, the most recent being Why Paploo Was Perplexed and Magnolias.
